
Summer is here and the time is right for freezer cookies!
A simple recipe
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dates
Process in the food processor until you can form a nice, smooth lump.
Put the lump on a piece of wax paper and roll it out into a tube.
Wrap up the tube in the wax paper and freeze until solid, about and hour, or so.
Slice and EAT!
