
What to do with all those cherry tomatoes?
Make Raw Ketchup!
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1 leaf of lettuce
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp organic cane sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt
This is an instant ketchup, no fermenting required.
Put all the ingredients in the blender and whiz until smooth.
Ready to use! Serve on burgers, salad, fries or where ever you want a tangy zingy sauce
Store in the refrigerator a week or longer. If it goes bad, you will know.
