Vegan Blended Salad for Lunch!















Half an avocado
1 ripe tomato
1 lrg handful of lettuce
1 clove of garlic (or less. I love garlic very, very much)
6 green olives
2 drops Tulsi tea (a basil concentrate. You can use fresh basil, even better)
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
1 scoop Ruth's hemp/maca/e3live powder

All in blender. Add enough water to blend. Blend until smooth and drink.

  1. Yummm!! I never blended avo before!but I think I ll give it a go! I love L O V E raw garlic & I am glad my husband doesn't have any sens of smell hehe!!
