Juicing for Lunch
Celery, carrot, turnip, ginger
That was the second juice.
The first was celery, carrot, onion and broccoli.
I'm envisioning a beautiful salad for dinner...

You know, with all the juicing I've done this past year, I don't believe I have ever once juiced a turnip.

ReplyDeleteTurnip and rutabaga and beet, Oh, my! I like them all but they are strong tasting. Good with lemon and ginger and carrots and lots of celery. Enjoy!

Oh, Babs! Red bell peppers are delicious with tomatoes and celery and a little onion or garlic. Juice soup!
