Smoothie of the Day Cheery Cherry Banana!















Today's smoothie:
1 cups cherries, pitted and stemmed
1 banana
1 cup baby greens
2 tbs RenewMe!
2 tbs ground flax
2 tbs coconut milk
1 tbs raw cashews
2 frozen cubes of Evergreen Wheatgrass Juice
20oz water and blend.















My feet are looking less hobbity and I am down to 152 lbs.
