Vegan Meatless Taco Filling

I didn't think I could love taco night more than I did but I made up this filling and now I do:

Tasty Taco Filling
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp mushroom soy sauce (find it at your local Asian market)
1 tsp paprika

All in food processor, pulse, scraping the sides as needed.
It should be lumpy, not a paste, do not over-process.














Taco filling, sandwich spread, spoon on pasta, over salad, add to soups, casseroles; Add a spoonful any where you want a BLAST of flavor.
