Garlic Scape Pesto

2 bunches garlic scapes
1 shot olive oil
salt to taste
All in food processor until a thick paste forms.
Transfer to a lidded jar and store in refrigerator for at least a week.

You can put this on pasta or use as a spread for bread or bagels, etc.
It can be used in many recipes as a garlic sub.
