Fat-Free Onion Mushroom Gravy

Chop one onion and 5 brown or white mushrooms.

Sautee them in broth until they are tender and soft.
Add liquid as needed while cooking.

Sautee about 1 hour. Make sure most of the liquid is gone.

Stir in 3 tbs flour. Stir it real good and make sure there are no lumps before you:

Add 2 cups vegetable broth and stir over med heat until thickened.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on rice, mashed or baked potatoes, veges, nutmeat patties, vegan meatloaf, or drink it from a big brown shoe. Bonus if you get that obscure reference.
