Dinner Tonight
Raw Stuffed Bell Pepper with Tomato Mushroom Salad, steamed artichoke and home made ketchup.
The yellow bell pepper is stuffed with a peach salsa.
Peach Salsa
1 peach, chopped
1 med tomato, chopped
1 med yellow onion chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbs peeled and chopped fresh ginger
juice of one lemon
Serve the stuffed pepper with a knife for ease of eating.
