Part iii
In which I whip up a basic raw vegan nut cheese.
Raw Vegan Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
All in the food processor with s-blade, process for at least 5 minutes, scraping as needed
Creamy, fluffy and slightly sweet. I wanted it to be sort of neutral because of the strong flavors of the crepes themselves and the mint pesto.
This is gonna be good. Next update will have photos of the assembled product.
Raw vegan crepes is what we are having for dinner tonight. Oh, yeah.
