About Shoe Clips

A great way to jazz up a pair of plain old shoes is to use shoe clips. They can add flair and drama and styles range from the sublime to the bizarre. From fancy rhinestone affairs to simple buttons or bows. Shells, silk flowers and even feathers were used to make shoe clips.
There are shoe clips for all kinds of shoes, even bridal. Shoe clips can also be used for some sparkle on hats, coats, cuffs, furs, purses, scarves, almost anything! Let your imagination run free.
Shoe clips are wonderful because you can never outgrow them. No matter how much weight you gain or lose, your shoe clips will always fit.
The best part about shoe clips are you can try them on virtually any shoe and keep trying until you find the perfect look.
As a rule use the more decorative clips on simpler shoes and for more elaborate shoe styles, stick with a simple, solid colored clip.
Most shoe clips will not harm or mark your shoes but it is suggested that you make sure the clips are free of any dirt or oil before using them and trying them out on a less expensive pair of shoes first, to be sure they are clean.
