I cooked dinner tonight and only tasted the mashed potatoes. I did have 1/2 a slice of banana bread when it came out of the oven.
At dinner time, I got every thing ready, set the table and then said, "you guys eat, I'm gonna just have a smoothie, I don't want to eat anything cooked." Oh, Ok. They sat down and ate and I made a big smoothie with collard and cucumber and banana and a pear and some renew me and cold nettle tea. It was crunchy from the pear and really green and sweet. I slurped it at the table while they ate their dinner which was garlic mashed potatoes, some vege patties, gravy and green salad. I didn't take a photo, sorry.
I am stuffed from my dinner smoothie, wow. I still have three of the chocolate mint frozen layer cake that I made the other day. No one else wants any, of course. If I feel like eating later I will grab one but I think I might just go to sleep.
Tomorrow is Friday the boy is going on a swimming field trip and the man will be home again. The man's back is still hurting. If it isn't better by Monday he should go to the doctor.
So, send some good vibes to his back hope he gets well soon.
Summary:
Juice 8 am
Green smoothie 10am
between 12 and 4pm: Snacked on grapes and banana and tasted some of the food I was cooking for dinner
Green smoothie 7 pm
and later I may have some frozen raw-ish cake that I made.
