I will still update. Now I have to do stuff.
I made a wonderful salad last night from Napa cabbage. I sliced the head from the top down and only used the green, leafy parts for the salad. The rest I cut up and put in the soup and I juiced the remaining bits this morning. I will make crackers from the pulp and nothing will be wasted. yay.
I have to go make sauerkraut and cook up an eggplant casserole that actually tastes good. Another omni is coming to visit but he will enjoy my cooking, I am sure. He says he doesn't mind eating vegan so it should be fun! Yay!
I also need to make a huge batch of flax crackers. They will be made from juicing pulp, flax seed and sesame seed. Dehydrated. Maybe I will photograph that and update with a nice tutorial. I don't do it the same way I used to.
