Portobello Mushroom Crust RAW VEGAN PIZZA


PIZZA!!




























































Acquire some large portobello mushroom caps. Remove the stems and put them aside.

Then you fill the mushroom caps with whatever raw pizza toppings you like. I have made these with fake meat, also and they were not raw but very good anyway.

On these I used walnut oatmeal nut meat, tomato slices, avocado slices and two kinds of sunflower seed cheese. The second kind of cheese is just plain seed cheese with the mushroom stems blended in it.















































Dehydrate at 105F. I put them in at 11 am and we ate them about 6pm.
