Good Morning!

Well, it's almost noon.

I am busy as a bee around here, moving in and organizing, re-organizing and acclimating myself and the house and the other two beings that reside here, not to mention the sentient non humans that live around and even IN this house. I think we may need a cat. Haven't heard but have seen evidence of mousal activity.

Mousal? Mousine?

Anyway, no groovy, raw food updates yet.

E has been doing great and eating about 75% raw since we got home. He has lost ten pounds this week and I have lost another 4. WE have green smoothie every morning and we have salad and an entree for dinner. Lunch, he's on his own. He claims to feel much better and ten pounds is gone, no disputing that. He's such a good sport about eating every thing I make, I couldn't ask for a better guy. Love you, Baby!

The boy still eats like he eats but today I told him jellybeans were made from pig hooves and he spit it out. No more candy? We'll see. He likes apples and eats apple sauce and I actually got him to try some apple smoothie this morning. He took two good sips and said there was something indefinably WRONG with it but he would like some apple sauce and a bulls eye, please. Bulls eye is like toad in the hole. If you don't know what those are ask, I will tell.
I told him thanks very much for trying it and giving it a chance and I think he might try one again sometime.

Gotta go anyway. I am caught up on laundry and will start on the bathrooms soon. Blech.

  2. I knew I didn't like jellybeans for a reason. BLEECCHH!
Having your man eat healthy along with you is so great. I know Ron and I influence each other A LOT in that area.

  3. Art, Toad in the hole and bullseye are just fancy schmancy names for a piece of bread with an egg fried in the middle. I've also heard it called lazy french toast.

Sea Creature, I looked it up and Jellybelly jelly beans VEGETARIAN but not VEGAN Tehy contain no gelatin from animals, but they do have a beeswax coating and some flavors contain dairy. My bad. The kid is still not eating jelly beans, even though I apologized and told him. My bad.
