Sprout-ghetti



How many kinds of sprouts? Buckwheat, red wheat, adzuki, lentil, sunflower, sesame, fenugreek and fennel sprouts with red lettuce, steamed broccoli and roasted eggplant/sun dried tomato marinara sauce over the buckwheat and red wheat. I put lime juice and chopped onion on the red lettuce.

Warm marinara on top of the sprouted buckwheat/red wheat was very satisfying. I call it sprout-ghetti. I'm silly like that.
