They smell pretty, too.
Here is the turnip top, rooted. It's been in a glass full of water for a few weeks.

Shortly after that photo was taken the plant bolted and then these flowers started blooming all over it.
I like to show photos like this when posed with the question, "what about all the plants you kill?"
- Eating a plant doesn't necessarily kill it.
- Plants do not have a central nervous system and don't feel pain.
- Eating animals isn't necessary, eating plants is necessary for human nutrition.
