Thanksgiving Prep

Today was spent cooking the thanksgiving dinner that I will be taking with me when we go to San Francisco this week.

I made

Cranberry sauce
Gravy
Almond sour cream
Stuffed seitan roast (the stuffing is INSIDE!)
Extra stuffing
Crackers
Sauerkraut
Cheese

Now if you will excuse me, I have a lot of vegetables to eat before we leave.
