
Easy, fresh and delicious. This would be great for breakfast, a side at brunch, a quick lunch or even dessert!
Banana Orange Breakfast Soup
serves 1
1 banana broken in chunks
1 orange, peeled
1 large kale leaf, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp of raw vanilla powder (optional)
1 scoop Ruth's Maca/hemp/e3live powder (optional)
1 sliced banana for float and garnish
Everything in the blender or food processor but the garnish banana and whiz until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the slices and garnish if desired.
