It's hilarious really.
Yesterday after smoothie and juice I got hungry. Crazy cravings hungry. So I ate tabouleh on tortilla chips. STORE BOUGHT tortilla chips. Store bought, FRIED tortilla chips!
Then I made more tabouleh cuz I was going to see this band play. We went and it was cool. While there I ate MORE FRIED chips and tabouleh and some seed cheese, too.
This morning I woke up and totally skipped the smoothie. I had an everything bagel with seed cheese and sliced tomato. Holy CRAP it was good. Then I had a bowl of cereal. Some vegan hemp seed granola with cinnamon LIFE cereal and some chia seeds and oat milk. So good. that held me for about three hours then I hit the kitch again. I heated up some leftover soup and ate a HUGE bowl of it.
Oi. It seems like a lot to me but when I look back, most people would say "you call that a binge? Where is the cake, the cookies, the ice cream."
Raw vegan on a cooked food binge. If it weren't so funny it would be sad.
I think I'll go read some more.

Well, your day sounds much better than mine, and certainly no reason to feel guilty. I am vegan, have not quite gotten to raw, and I did not realize how much junk a vegan can eat! Vegan chocolate chips are my weakness. Especially duing PMS. lol I am going to explore your blog a bit more.
