
A pint of mushrooms
1 cup sliced collard leaves
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs vinegar
Stir well and chill for a couple of hours
I then poured some Raw Alfredo Sauce over it
1/2 cup almonds, grind in coffee grinder until powdered
Put powdered almonds in the blender with
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs nutritional yeast
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs dried horseradish
1 tsp dried oregano
enough water to blend to your preferred consistency
salt to taste
I put a good dollop of this on the salad and it was really good.
The sauce is great on pasta for an almost raw dinner or over raw veges as a raw dinner.
