Yummy Winter Side Dish Vegan Mashed Root Vegetables Turnip Rutabaga Sweet Potato

















Cut up a bunch of root vege and put them in a big pan with water to cover them















Cook them until a fork sticks in easily then strain and peel














Process with S-blade or mash with some vegan butter until smooth.

A sweet alternative to mashed potatoes
