
1 ripe avocado
half a large carrot cut in 2" sticks
5 flax crackers
a heaping helping of raw sauerkraut
Sprinkling of Parma Raw Cayenne flavor
The parma raw is not something I would buy. The jar was left by Mil when she moved out. However, when it's all gone, I am going to make my own. Walnuts, nutritional yeast, salt and cayenne. Yum.
