This is a meal for one hungry person or an appetizer for up to 4
*Mauk Family farms Raw Wheat Free crust, 1 pc broken into four pieces.
*Raw marinara made extra sweet with an extra fig and made thick with less water
*Three or Five leaves of red lettuce, or more. Lettuce is good on this dish because the it helps to digest the protein of the seeds and sprouted beans.
*Banner Mountain Snacks Mixed Bean Snack, These are fresh sprouted garbanzo, peas, adzuki, and lentil
*Olives.
The olives I used are far from raw. The ingredients said olives, water and salt, so I made the exception and made my pizza with cooked, dead olives. I am ok with that. You might want to use some other kind of olives and you can use any other live toppings that you like. Seed or nut cheese, chopped veges, sundried tomatoes, use your imagination, make it colorful and fun.
You could set up a DIY pizza bar with the crusts and toppings all lined up. That would be a fun party food.
Assembly
I put the crusts on the plate, spoon a very liberal scoop of marinara on each piece, sprinkle some of the sprouts on, add the lettuce all over the top, sprinkle olives and the remaining sprouts on top.

Dig in and enjoy, but do it fast because this crust gets soggy fast. Feel free to use whatever live bread you want. If you make your own, that is great. I'm not that advanced yet, I bought this one at the store. I assembled this (other than blending the sauce) in my bedroom! Wait until I get a real kitchen...
