It was really good, but did not taste like I remember ceviche (it's been over a year since I gave up fish). So I think I will just call it really good chopped salad. On a side note, I had a butternut squash that grew in my yard and that I did not plant. Probably a stray seed from compost. Wow! The ones I buy at store are really hard and difficult to peel. This was not so hard. It was very goo. I am going to try to grow butternut squash this year. I had no idea they were this good. I like them, but this one was better than any I had before.60actsofkindnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16391512796840867776noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3871646662956149184.post-27907435087099716482010-04-14T07:45:29.419-07:002010-04-14T07:45:29.419-07:00hmm how to subscribe. I never could do it before, it always came out crumbly, greasy and slightly burnt. This batter is PERFECT for lightly breading eggplant. I also battered and fried a slice of tomato to see how it would be. It was awesome. Amazing.
