Juicing the Day Away... and Collard

Lunch started with a collard wrap. Inside is leftover beetmeat, tomato, onion, seed cheese and basil.

It continued with 42 oz of freshly extracted juice.

Celery, beet greens carrot, apple and some other random things like the stems from collard leaves and lemon mint.

Now I just need to make the pulp into something raw and delicious for dinner. Wish me luck.
I'm envisioning sunflower seed loaf with tahini sauce. hmm. I will let you know.
