Day Two of Endeavor to Stay Raw Again
















So far so good.

I know that oat groats are not considered strictly raw but I like the creaminess they impart and the fiber, too.

Creamy Fiber. That might be a good band name.

I had another mint smoothie this morning. This one I made from some lemon mint that grows in the back yard.

Raw Morning Lemon Mint Smoothie















1 tbs oat groats, soaked and rinsed
3 dates
1 banana
2 cups water
1/3 cup fresh lemon mint

Blend like there is no tomorrow. Unless you have a high speed blender you will have to let it go for a while to pulverize the groats and the dates and even then, prepare to do some smoothie chewing.
