The only way you can be sure that you're not supporting cruelty is by not eating meat or any animal products.

It really is so hard to convince people that eating dairy is just as harmful, if not more harmful, than eating meat. There are so many people who just don't get it and totally buy into the "free-range" lie. It's really sad.
