Recipe! Dessert! Vegan Ginger Cookies

Hello, and welcome! I am so happy that you are here!

Oh, I'm so full from yesterday. Nothing today but cleansing green smoothies with basil and ginger and lemon and cucumber (urp). It may be guilt free to eat raw vegan but it certainly isn't consequence free to get a dehydrator and try out (dry out?) TWO recipes in ONE night, but, oh, sweet mama, were they gooOOOOood!

Don't miss yesterday's entry of Portobello crust cheese pizza, you won't want to miss that.

Ok, well. I had about a cup of almond meal left from the Nutnog experiment,

I figured dehydrating up a batch of cookies couldn't be all that difficult.

I grated ginger in a bowl

Added the almond meal and one cut up banana

Mix well, the texture should be like cookie dough and hold it's shape

I dehydrated them for 2 hours, but they could have gone longer.

You might notice one is missing...
